For nearly 20 years I've been setting up teams, processes and architecture in IT as an analyst and architect. Now I'm deliberately turning that discipline toward AI — building my own tools and helping companies adopt AI pragmatically and soberly, not as hype.

For the past five years I've led an analytics team at the fintech Broker Trust, which has grown from 4 to 11 people. I designed the company's project methodology covering the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to release, now used across all of IT, and I lead the analysis side of its core system redesign. Over two decades I've moved from development through solution architect and team leader to senior analyst; I hold a PhD in parallel systems.

Now I'm turning that same discipline toward AI. I built Anna — a tool that helps turn semantically structured business requirements into an efficiently and cheaply generated system — and I use it on a real, large transformation project. AI is embedded in my everyday work, not a buzzword.

I'm not another “AI expert” from slide decks. I'm a hands-on analyst and architect who approaches AI with discipline — and believes structured analysis is exactly what makes AI genuinely useful. This is the direction I'm now fully committed to.

  1. 2021 – present

    Lead Analyst · Broker Trust

    I lead the analytics team, which has grown from 4 to 11 people under my leadership — mentoring, reviews and priorities with the business, reporting to the CTO. I designed the company's project methodology covering the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to final release; it's now used across all of IT (3 teams) and brought clearer briefs, less rework and better project predictability.

    I lead the analysis side of the core system redesign — replacing 3 legacy systems and integrating 10+ applications (partner registration, CRM, commissions). In parallel, I'm integrating AI into the analysis process to simplify and speed up the whole agenda from requirements to implementation.

  2. 2017 – 2021

    Senior Business & System Analyst · Broker Trust

    End-to-end analysis of the investment B2B platform that now handles 90%+ of all investments across the partner network — functional requirements, domain model, processes, use cases and API contracts (UML, BPMN, DDD, microservices, CQRS).

  3. 2009 – 2017

    I led an ~8-person team and designed solutions for clients such as Škoda Auto — including a system for rebranding the entire dealership and aftersales network in the Czech Republic and abroad. From requirements analysis to technical design (Java, Spring, DDD, CQRS).

    Building and designing web and real-time systems (incl. live betting for Fortuna) with a focus on high availability — the technical foundation for everything that followed.

My project

Anna

An analytical base — a paradigm shift in building software.

Anna works with semantically structured business value and requirements for system design — from a single source of truth it then helps generate the resulting system efficiently and cheaply. It runs on Claude (model-agnostic) and I use it on a real, large transformation project. Currently in development.
